Construction Expense Index of Puncak Regency

The Construction Expense Index (IKK) of 2019 is a price index that illustrates the costly construction level of a district / city compared to the reference city, namely the City of Semarang. IKK data were obtained from the results of the Construction Expense Price Survey specifically for building / construction materials, heavy equipment rental, and construction service wages that were carried out in all districts / cities in Indonesia. The data is calculated based on quarterly price data for July 2018, October 2018, January 2019, and April 2019. The calculation of the IKK weigh diagram uses data from the Work Unit Price Analysis Book of the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing, Bill of Quantity (BoQ) and Realization of Revenue Budget data and Regional Expenditure (APBD). The 2019 IKK is one of the main components used for the calculation of the General Allocation Fund (DAU) for the 2020 Budget Year.
